HR Assistant

£15–£16 per hour PAYE

3-month temporary contract

On-site, free parking

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant /
HR Administrator to us at our North-East Birmingahm site.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting the HR Business
Partner and wider HR team with day-to-day HR operations,
including onboarding, leavers, absence management, employee
relations administration, HR reporting and maintaining accurate
employee records.

What we're looking for:

* Previous HR administration or HR Assistant experience
(essential)
* Strong Excel skills and experience using HR systems
* Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communication and ability to manage multiple
priorities
* A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to hit the
ground running
* CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (desirable)
