We are looking for an experienced education leader to help us build a network of new school partnerships, using your knowledge, experience and relationships to grow a business built on integrity, trust and service.

The opportunity

You understand the pressures facing schools, the importance of finding the right staff and the challenges of managing recruitment budgets.

Your role will be to develop relationships with schools, introduce them to the Certus Education approach and build a strong network of long-term partner schools.

This is not a traditional sales role. It's an opportunity to use your educational credibility to help schools discover a better approach to recruitment.

What will you be doing?

• Building partnerships: Develop relationships with Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, School Business Managers and Trust leaders.
• Opening doors: Identify schools that could benefit from our services and introduce our approach.
• Understanding schools: Demonstrate how our services can support recruitment and help manage staffing costs.
• Growing relationships: Build a network of schools that trust us and value our service.
• Supporting growth: Work with our recruitment team to turn relationships into lasting partnerships.

Who are we looking for?

We are particularly interested in former or current Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers and other senior school leaders with experience of staffing or school operations.

You'll bring:

• A strong understanding of schools and their challenges.
• The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
• A genuine commitment to honesty, integrity and doing the right thing.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential. We value the right educational experience, attitude and willingness to learn.
