An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join a thriving law firm in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.

What skills are required? For this role, a CITMA qualification is essential, and you will need at least a years’ experience working within a leadership position, overseeing trade mark paralegals. You’ll need a wealth of experience handling trade mark filings, oppositions, renewals, recordals etc. You must be highly experienced in all of these areas as you will be advising other paralegals and ensuring these processes are carried out correctly.

Duties:

• Managing workflow, allocating workloads.
• Ensuring effective team working.
• Overseeing performance across the team of trade mark paralegals.
• Carrying out trade mark paralegal duties, while displaying your leadership skills.
• Identifying needs for process improvements, staff training etc.
• Managing operational risks.
• Deadline management.
