We're partnering with supportive and welcoming schools across Didcot to recruit caring, motivated and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a positive impact on children's education.

As an SEN TA, you'll help pupils overcome learning barriers, develop independence and build the confidence they need to succeed. Through one-to-one assistance and small-group activities, you'll provide tailored support to children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges.

Your Experience Could Open New Doors

Have you worked as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years Practitioner or in a specialist SEN environment? We'd love to hear from you!

Experience supporting KS1 and KS2 pupils is an advantage, but it's not essential. Whether you're an experienced SEN TA or looking to begin a rewarding career in special educational needs, we welcome applications from individuals with the right attitude and dedication.

• Location: Didcot
• Daily pay: £95-£105
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Positions available: Full-time and part-time
