FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading telecoms and security solutions provider with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager (CCTV).

Location: Waterlooville

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 + great commission package + company car

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional to join a well-established business delivering CCTV, telecoms, Wi-Fi and access control solutions. The role will focus primarily on growing the CCTV side of the business, while also supporting wider telecoms and connectivity solutions across commercial and high-end residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a key focus on CCTV solutions
• Generate and qualify leads through proactive business development activity
• Attend client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tailored solution presentations
• Promote CCTV, access control, telecoms and Wi-Fi solutions to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and close
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Work closely with installation and project teams to ensure a smooth handover
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline activity
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in business development, field sales or account management
• Strong B2B sales background, ideally within CCTV, telecoms, networking or related technical sectors
• Good understanding of CCTV systems and associated security technologies
• Knowledge of IP networking, Wi-Fi infrastructure, VoIP, access control or entry systems would be advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the region
