Teaching Assistants, Primary Teachers & Cover Supervisors – Lincoln & Lincolnshire Revolve Collective is looking to connect with Teaching Assistants, qualified Primary Teachers and experienced Cover Supervisors based in Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area. We’re particularly interested in candidates able to reach Lincoln, Scampton, Coleby or Leadenham. We also welcome applications from those seeking work around Grantham, Colsterworth and Long Bennington. You don’t need to cover every location. We welcome applications from: * Teaching Assistants who can support classroom learning, build pupils’ confidence and provide individual or small-group support. * Primary Teachers with QTS who can deliver engaging teaching across their preferred primary age groups. * Cover Supervisors with classroom experience who can supervise prepared activities and maintain clear expectations. Experience supporting pupils with SEN is particularly welcome. For all roles, we’re looking for reliable communication, effective classroom practice and a commitment to safeguarding. We’ll discuss your availability, preferred settings and interest in short-term or longer-term assignments, with opportunities dependent on school requirements.
