Part Time Senior Finance Assistant Hanley Duration: 12-month FTC Hours: 28 hours over 4 days £28,000 - £32,000 pro rata Forrest Recruitment Ltd are currently supporting a local organisation who are currently recruiting for part-time senior finance assistant for maternity cover. The successful candidate will be AAT level 2 qualified and have minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role. Duties will include: • Processing monthly payment runs to landlords • Pay staff expenses, supplier invoices and credit cards • Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and petty cash • Maintain property utility records e.g. gas, electric and council tax • Log remittances and check monthly statements • Respond to call and email enquiries • Produce financial reports when required This role needs someone with proven experience, keen to work for an organisation who ‘gives back’ and who will commit to the role.
