We are seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities * Manage Civil & Structural packages, site operations, subcontractors, and progress. * Coordinate programme, planning, design information, and construction sequencing. * Manage QA, documentation, drawings, setting-out, and CSA snagging. * Coordinate with design, engineering, commercial, and project teams. * Monitor variations, reporting, subcontractor performance, and project delivery. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. * 7+ years' CSA industry experience, ideally on large-scale projects. * Proven experience managing CSA packages and subcontractors. * Strong knowledge of scheduling, programming, and construction sequencing. * Strong leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
