Customer Service Executive

Location: Yeovil, Somerset

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary: To be discussed at application stage

We're recruiting for a growing business with a really friendly team and a great atmosphere in the office. They're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves being busy and wants to be part of a team where everyone gets along and supports each other.

This isn't one of those jobs where you'll be stuck behind a screen all day with no interaction. You'll be speaking to customers, helping with enquiries, keeping things organised and making sure people receive a great service from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Speaking with customers by phone and email
• Helping with enquiries and resolving any issues
• Updating records and processing information accurately
• Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration
• Working with colleagues to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Building positive relationships with customers and providing a great experience

We'd love to hear from you if:

• You genuinely enjoy dealing with people
• You've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service or another busy environment
• You're organised and like keeping on top of multiple tasks
• You're confident communicating with different people
• You're looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive employer
