We are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for an established and growing M&E and building fabric contractor supporting FM partners, banking clients, laboratories and data centres across London and the South East.
The business delivers works in critical environments, where electrical systems support essential operations and disruption must be carefully controlled. They need someone who understands working in live buildings, coordinating shutdowns and maintaining business continuity while upgrades take place.
This Electrical Project Manager position will focus on a substantial programme in Teddington, expected to run for five to six years. Works include LV distribution, distribution board replacements, plant room works, electrical upgrades and lighting upgrades within a live, operational environment.
You’ll typically spend three to four days per week in Teddington, with around one day supporting other London projects. Working directly with the Managing Director, you’ll join a supportive team with scope to progress as the business and client account grow.
