The Role As Registered Manager, you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining high standards of care, safety and compliance. Lead, support and develop a settled, long-standing staffing team. Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals. Maintain the home’s consistently strong CQC inspection standards. Drive continuous improvement while preserving the positive culture of the home. Ongoing training and career development opportunities.About You The ideal Registered Manager will be: An experienced Registered Manager within elderly residential or nursing care, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up. Qualified to NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care, or equivalent. Knowledgeable about CQC requirements, safeguarding and effective care home management. A confident, approachable leader who can motivate a team and maintain a positive working environment.
