This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking to secure a stable Monday-to-Friday position while gaining further technical development through guaranteed HV and LV training. The role offers a basic salary of £48,000, regular overtime opportunities and strong long-term progression within a professional commercial maintenance environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance across electrical building services * Attend reactive maintenance and electrical breakdowns * Fault find and diagnose electrical issues * Carry out lighting and emergency lighting maintenance * Complete electrical testing and minor remedial works * Maintain plant rooms and associated electrical systems * Complete site paperwork, logbooks and compliance documentation * Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the engineering team * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with site procedures Requirements * Fully electrically qualified * Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent * 18th Edition preferred * Experience within commercial building maintenance * Strong electrical fault-finding ability * Good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance * Professional and client-facing approach * Keen to develop technically and undertake HV/LV training Package * £48,000 basic salary * Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm * Guaranteed HV & LV training * Overtime available * Permanent position * Central London location * Excellent technical development opportunities This role would suit an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias who is looking to progress technically and gain HV/LV experience.
