We are seeking a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to join a successful, well-established business based near Marlow.

This is a varied role offering responsibility across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and business partnering. As part of a dedicated finance team, you will help ensure financial information is accurate and reliable, provide insights to support business decisions, and contribute to improving the efficiency of finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
• Financial reporting and KPI analysis
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and journals
• Cash flow forecasting and monitoring
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Maintaining accurate financial records and systems
• Supporting year-end audit activities and statutory compliance requirements
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and controls
• Supporting wider finance operations as required

Skills/Experience

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• 1-2 years previous experience within a commercial finance environment
• Management accounting experience
• Good understanding of financial controls and reporting requirements
• Experience with reconciliations, accruals and month-end processes
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems
• Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised
• Able to manage priorities effectively and work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
