Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Trainee Mail Room Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a keen, enthusiastic and driven candidate to join a world-leading Law Firm as a Trainee Mail Room Assistant, where you will work as part of a close-knit team providing a high-level of Mail Room and Reprographics support to the firm.

The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of Mail Room / Office services support, however candidates with no experience in this area will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting incoming post and delivering amongst the office
• Franking outgoing mail, including processing special deliveries and orders
• Sending and tracking of couriers
• Ordering supplies for the office
• Support with conference room set ups
• Records scanning
• Support with adhoc requests within the office

Key Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, confident working with colleagues of all levels across the office
• Be familiar with officebased tasks such as sorting post, scanning and printing
• Able to work both independently as part of a wider team
• Organised and efficient, able to prioritise tasks
• Good IT skills
