Hybrid | Permanent, full time

£50,000–£85,000 basic salary, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a 30% bonus opportunity and a £3,600 Employee Ownership Trust bonus

Accomplish Today is recruiting an experienced adviser for an established financial services practice in Lincolnshire.

You will help employers make informed decisions about workplace pensions, financial protection and employee benefits. With full administrative support, you can devote more of your time to client advice, relationships and developing business.

The opportunity combines technical advisory work with a clear commercial contribution: understanding clients’ priorities, presenting suitable recommendations and identifying opportunities to strengthen the support they provide to their employees.

Your role

• Advise corporate clients on workplace pensions, group risk and wider employee benefits.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and ongoing reviews.
• Develop existing relationships and secure new business against agreed objectives.
• Deliver clear, suitable advice while maintaining professional and regulatory standards.

Your experience

You will hold a full Level 4 qualification in regulated financial advice, or equivalent, and bring at least three years’ experience delivering regulated advice. Your knowledge will cover group personal pensions, automatic enrolment, group life assurance, group income protection and private medical insurance. Experience of flexible benefits platforms would be welcome.

You will also be confident speaking with business owners and corporate decision makers, explaining complex matters clearly and building trusted relationships.
