Salary: £36,000 per annum

The Role:

• Lead and inspire a committed nursery team
• Ensure the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
• Oversee day-to-day nursery operations
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with EYFS requirements

Requirements:

Previous nursery leadership experience

Sound knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures

Strong communication and organisational skills

Passion for delivering outstanding childcare

Working Pattern
