Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead a varied and creative food operation across the estate. Help lead and develop the kitchen team. Support the day-to-day food operation of the main house. Create menus for banquets of up to 1,000 guests, private parties, bespoke weddings, and afternoon teas. Use high-quality, locally sourced organic produce. Work with the wider team to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
