12 month contract Remote or Hybrid from London We are working with a global leading gaming brand who are looking for an experienced D2C / eCommerce Operations professional to drive operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across a global direct-to-consumer network. This role would suit someone from a large consumer, retail, technology, electronics or eCommerce business with experience managing complex, multi-market operations. Key responsibilities: Drive global D2C process standardisation and continuous improvement Identify and resolve operational, fulfilment and supply chain issues Manage and improve 3PL, warehousing and logistics partner performance Support system integrations, enhancements, UAT and partner onboarding Analyse KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunities Support new market launches, SKU growth and operational expansion Work closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teams Develop business cases, improvement plans and executive-level reportingAbout you: Strong experience in D2C, eCommerce, supply chain, logistics or operational excellence Demonstrable experience with 3rd Party Logistics, fulfilment and logistics Proven track record delivering process improvement and standardisation Experience with systems integration, UAT and operational implementation Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating across a complex, global organisationIf you have experience improving large-scale D2C or eCommerce operations and enjoy solving complex operational challenges, we'd like to hear from you
