Senior Data Analyst - Interim

£450 per day | Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Hybrid - 1-2 days per week onsite in West London (W12)
Initial contract until the end of February, with potential to extend
ASAP start

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a high-profile organisation on an urgent interim assignment.

Working within the Strategy & Business Intelligence function, this role would suit someone who is passionate about data, discovery and visualisation, with strong technical skills across SQL, Snowflake and Tableau.

You will work with multiple data sources, including data from across the organisation's Ad Tech stack and proprietary systems, helping turn complex information into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and data from a wide range of sources.
• Transform complex datasets into clean, scalable and reliable data tables for rapid analysis.
• Analyse multiple data points to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
• Create engaging and insightful data visualisations and dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define key metrics for success.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and the wider team.
• Iterate and develop analysis based on stakeholder feedback and changing business requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure strong data governance and best practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Strong experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally Snowflake
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Data visualisation experience, ideally using Tableau.
• Experience building clean, reliable and scalable data tables for analysis.
• A good understanding of data pipelines, preferably using dbt.
• Knowledge of version control and script management, ideally using GitHub.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing ongoing projects and presenting completed work.
• Strong attention to data quality, documentation and best practice..
• Previous exposure to advertising, digital, media, sales analytics or Ad Tech data would be beneficial.
