Contract Details: Location: Germany Start: ASAP Duration: Until at least the end of 2026 Shift: Early shift 2 positions available Key Responsibilities: Inspect welded components and assemblies against technical drawings and quality specifications. Assess MAG weld seams, weld run-outs, dimensions and welding requirements. Interpret welding symbols, seam specifications and technical documentation. Identify welding defects, non-conformities and quality issues. Make decisions on whether components meet quality standards and can be approved or rejected. Support supplier quality inspections, acting as a technical quality firewall. Inspect a wide variety of welded assemblies with different technical requirements.Requirements: Strong welding background, ideally MAG welding. Excellent ability to read and interpret technical welding drawings. Good understanding of welding symbols, weld seams, tolerances and quality standards. Previous welding inspection or quality control experience preferred. Confident making technical decisions regarding component acceptance and rejection.
