The Role
Tirebuck Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-respected, purpose-led organisation to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join its friendly Service Delivery team in Solihull on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating activity and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The role offers a varied mix of customer service, administration and coordination, with an emphasis on managing customer enquiries, organising schedules and keeping processes on track, rather than being purely data-entry focused.

You'll join a collaborative team where communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach are valued, with the added benefit of hybrid working, allowing you to work from home three days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for employers, providers and other stakeholders, providing professional support throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, managing diaries and ensuring all parties have the information they need.
  • Manage customer caseloads, maintain accurate learner records and ensure systems are kept up to date.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams to support processes.
  • Respond to customer enquiries by telephone, email and Microsoft Teams, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Set up user accounts and provide guidance on system use.
  • Manage shared inboxes, prioritise incoming requests and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within a busy environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries, workloads or a customer caseload.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and use your own initiative.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Teams.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
If you're an organised, customer-focused professional looking for a varied opportunity with hybrid working, an annual bonus and excellent benefits, we'd love to hear from you.
