Facilities Assistant - 3 months with scope for permanent . Nantgarw - £14.03 per hour - 37 hours per week

Yolk Recruitment is proud to be working with an educational institution who are looking for a Facilities Assistant to help with their site management in a busy and large facility, there is genuine potential for this role to go permanent if they find the right person. YOU WILL NEED A DBS DURING THE TENURE OF THE ROLE.

What you will be doing:-

• Preparing rooms
• Basic maintenance
• Ensuring the grounds are well presented
• Fire alarm testing
• General facilities duties

What you will bring to the role:-

• A driving licence and car
• Be within 10 miles of Nantgarw
• Enjoy physical work
• Be good with your hands
• A willingness to work flexibly
