The Company

This is a long-established, full-service creative event production agency with in-house teams spanning events, production, entertainment and design. The client base is overwhelmingly private, ultra-high-net-worth, and increasingly global, with events ranging from intimate dinners to multi-million-pound productions. Everything from concept through to delivery is handled under one roof, which means genuine collaboration and real breadth of experience for everyone in the team.

The Role

The Event Entertainment Booker is a new position sitting within the entertainment team, supporting the Entertainment Manager and Entertainment Director across talent bookings, proposals and all the logistics that make a performance land perfectly on the night.

- Assist with talent enquiries, availability checks and bookings

- Research artists and prepare proposals and costings with team guidance

- Coordinate contracts, confirmations and payments for approval

- Arrange artist travel, accommodation, transfers and itineraries

- Coordinate hospitality, dressing rooms and travel documentation

- Work with planning and production on rehearsals, soundchecks and timings

- Attend performances and showcases to discover talent and build contacts

- Keep talent records, outstanding paperwork and payment deadlines on track

The Candidate

The right person for this Event Entertainment Booker role is highly organised, genuinely passionate about live entertainment, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts without dropping the detail. You communicate clearly and professionally, handle pressure with a practical mindset, and are proficient across Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous entertainment industry experience is not required for the Event Entertainment Booker position. A background in administration, travel, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential. Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a bonus. What matters most is initiative, reliability and a real enthusiasm for events and live performance.

In return you will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus an end-of-year bonus, joining as the Event Entertainment Booker from day one of a brand-new role with genuine scope to make it your own. This one is moving quickly, so submit your application now to be considered.
