Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary)

Bracknell | 3 months initially | ASAP Start

£16.00-£16.50 per hour + holiday pay

Please note: We will only accept applications from candidates with previous experience using Great Plains. BisTrack experience is highly desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy finance team in Bracknell on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices

• Matching, batching and coding invoices

• Reconciling supplier statements

• Resolving supplier queries in a timely manner

• Assisting with payment runs

• Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records

• Supporting the wider finance team with general AP duties

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Essential: Strong working knowledge of Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP)

• Desirable: Experience using BisTrack

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Immediately available or available at short notice
