Are you an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a varied employee relations caseload?

We're partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a confident and proactive HR Advisor to join their growing People team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce and developing your career within a supportive and collaborative HR function.

The Role

Reporting into the HR team, you'll provide practical, commercially focused HR advice across a wide range of employee relations and generalist HR matters.

This is a heavily ER-focused role, so you'll need to be comfortable managing multiple cases at once, building strong relationships with managers, and providing confident guidance on employment legislation and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad range of ER cases, including:
    • Disciplinary
    • Grievance
    • Absence management
    • Performance and capability
    • Investigations
    • Flexible working requests
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers.
  • Coach and guide managers through people-related issues and HR processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
  • Support organisational change and people initiatives where required.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, case documentation and reporting.
About You

We're keen to hear from candidates currently working as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, People Advisor, or Employee Relations Advisor who are ready for their next challenge.

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience managing employee relations cases

Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Confidence coaching and challenging managers where appropriate

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently studying towards)

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally when required

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership of ER casework, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and make a real impact within a supportive People team, we'd love to hear from you
