With both full-time and flexible opportunities available, this is a fantastic role for graduates, aspiring teachers or anyone with experience working with young people looking to gain valuable classroom experience. The Role: Supervise pupils across KS3 and KS4. Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage behaviour and encourage pupil engagement. Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies. What We're Looking For: Confidence and a professional classroom presence. Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, tutoring, youth work etc.). Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A flexible, reliable and proactive attitude. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply. What Academics Offers? £95-£100 daily pay, paid weekly via PAYE (dependent on experience and client rate).
