We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Early Careers Assistant to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis.

Working as part of their collaborative team, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting recruitment and development programmes across Early Careers.

Responsibilities will include:

• Screening applications, scheduling interviews, and organising and collecting feedback.
• Assisting with Early Careers events and programmes, coordinating room bookings and event logistics.
• Managing candidate administration including referencing and right to work checks; generating offer paperwork.
• Building and maintaining relationships with universities and law societies.
• Managing onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Attending law fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintaining the future trainee database, administering the payment of law school fees, and managing the onboarding process for trainee solicitors.
• Monitoring trainee development, tracking training entries, and preparing reports.
• Coordinating future trainee networking events.
• Drafting trainee related correspondence and issuing reference letters and salary amendments.
• Supporting induction and onboarding for the Solicitors Apprenticeship Programme.
• Managing invoice and expense processes for the Early Careers team.
• Responding to candidate and stakeholder queries.
