Shift Pattern and Pay rate for Warehouse Operative :

• AM Shift: £12.71 - £13.74 per hour
• PM Shift: £13.80 - £15.51 per hour
• Overtime: £19.07 - £27.42 per hour

We are currently recruiting for AM and PM shifts.

Shift Requirements for Warehouse Operative:

• AM or PM shifts available
• Work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
• Reliability and good attendance are essential

The Role as a Warehouse Operative

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Using hand-held scanners
• Replenishing and storing stock
• Loading and unloading goods
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Completing quality checks
• Supporting stock counts and maintaining a safe working area

Some departments involve heavy lifting and manual handling, so you must be comfortable with physical work throughout your shift. Safety shoes are required in some departments.

We're Looking For :

Reliable, positive team players who are hardworking, motivated, and willing to learn. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
