Warehouse Shift Manager (Nights) Doncaster Up to £46,000 Basic Salary + Shift Allowance + Excellent Benefits Start People are recruiting on behalf of a leading and rapidly growing logistics and distribution business based in Doncaster for an experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join their night operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on and people-focused leader who has a proven track record of managing warehouse teams on a permanent night shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, maintaining high standards of health & safety, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded. The Role * Lead and manage a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Drive productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs across the shift. * Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times. * Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse colleagues. * Manage performance, attendance, and engagement across the team. * Work closely with senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure all customer and service level requirements are achieved. Requirements * Previous experience as a Warehouse Shift Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager or similar leadership role. * Experience managing teams on a permanent night shift pattern is essential. * Strong people management and leadership skills. * Proven longevity and stability within previous employment. * Ability to lead from the front and operate within a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment. * Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, Health & Safety, and operational best practice.
