Financial Adviser – Guildford – £60,000 to £80,000 + bonus

Tired of chasing your own leads, seeing clients in the evenings and having high sales targets? This established financial planning firm in Guildford does things differently, and is now looking for an experienced adviser to join its growing team.

The role

You'll manage and grow your inherited portfolio, run review and new-client meetings in the office 95% of the time - with the rest via Teams. Your paraplanning and admin colleagues take care of the research support, paperwork and processing.

About you

• Level 4 Diploma qualified, with Competent Adviser Status
• Experienced as a Financial Adviser, Wealth Manager or IFA
• Confident building long-term relationships and explaining complex planning simply
• Happy to work from the Guildford office five days a week (most clients live locally and prefer meeting in person)
