Immediate Start - Office based with on site parking.

We are looking for an experienced and hands on finance individual to join a busy primary school supporting the day-to-day finance and operational functions.

The Role:

• Month end tasks
• Managing nursery fees and payments
• Complex reconciliations
• Invoicing
• Overseeing wraparound care administration and payments
• Managing payments and administration for afterschool clubs
• Responding to parent queries and resolving issues efficiently
• Supporting the school's financial administration and reconciliation processes
• Working closely with the Headteacher and school leadership team
• Managing day-to-day operational and administrative matters
• Ensuring accurate records, payments and processes are maintained
• Providing a visible and approachable presence within the school

About You

• Has previous experience working within a school environment.
• Ideally has experience working within a school, education or public-sector environment.
• Experience working within a similar role
