The Role

As a Trainee Property Consultant, you will:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new business opportunities
Arrange and book property viewings
Support clients throughout the process of buying and selling property
Book appointments for financial services
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent service
Develop your sales skills through regular training, coaching, and mentoring

Trainee Property Consultant Requirements

A positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
Some previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills
A willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
A full UK driving licence and access to a car

£19,000 basic salary

Working Arrangement

Monday–Saturday working pattern, with four different shift options
Flexible shift patterns, starting no earlier than 8:45am and finishing no later than 6pm
