Your role as the successful commercial property solicitor will involve managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, liaising with SME & HNW clients directly and working closely with the partners.

Typical matters will include:

• Development
• Finance
• Acquisitions & disposals
• Landlord & Tenant

You:

We are inviting applications from commercial property solicitors who:

• Have experience managing a caseload of commercial property/real estate matters
• UK qualified solicitors with 3 to 5 years of PQE
• Live within a sensible commute of north Surrey/southwest London
