A growing ecommerce business in the hair and beauty sector is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team based in Wallington.

This role would suit someone with customer service experience and either a hairdressing/barbering qualification or previous salon experience. Full training will be provided on hair extensions and colour matching.

Key responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Advising customers on products and colour matching
• Processing returns, exchanges and resolving complaints
• Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries and tracking
• Supporting customers through social media channels
• Working closely with the warehouse team

About you:

• Previous customer service experience
• Hairdressing qualification or salon experience
• Confident communicator with good IT skills
• Positive, professional and customer-focused
• Happy to participate in a weekend rota (paid at enhanced rates)
