Backed by private equity investment, the business is pursuing a significant growth strategy and continues to develop its service offering and operational capabilities. Description Support the month-end close process and preparation of management accounts. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and account substantiation. Assist with board and investor reporting. Support VAT, tax and other compliance-related activities. Assist with statutory accounts preparation and external audit requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and automation. Contribute to ad hoc analysis, projects and wider finance initiatives.Profile ACA qualified with a max 0-2 years' post-qualification experience. Financial services experience is advantageous. First Time Industry Movers from Practice desirable. Good understanding of IFRS; consolidation experience is beneficial. Exposure to month-end processes, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations. Strong Excel skills; Power BI exposure would be advantageous. Analytical, detail-oriented and adaptable, with strong communication skills.
