Role Summary

If you are an experienced financial planning administrator looking for greater autonomy, this role offers the chance to step into a senior position. You will oversee workflows, mentor colleagues and shape operational processes, backed by structured support for your ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of end-to-end client servicing and ongoing administration, giving you day-to-day autonomy over your caseload without micromanagement.
  • Collaborate directly with Financial Planners on meeting preparation, documentation and complex queries, deepening your technical exposure across pensions, investments and protection.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on administration systems and operational processes, giving you direct influence over workflow efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Support, guide and coach colleagues across the administration team, developing your supervisory capabilities and establishing your profile as an internal mentor.
Requirements
  • Established client servicing or administration experience gained within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
  • Proven capability to manage your own workload independently and resolve complex provider or client queries to completion.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning back-office systems, platforms and client review processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to support, coach or share practical guidance with colleagues while liaising confidently with advisers and clients.

If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, as we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
