Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
• Conducting outbound sales activity, including telephone prospecting, virtual meetings and face-to-face appointments.
• Building relationships with key decision-makers and maintaining regular client contact.
• Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable business solutions.
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to successful conversion.
• Delivering presentations and attending client meetings where required.
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasts.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver excellent customer service.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, account management or a sales-focused role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with stakeholders at all levels, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive and commercially focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential as regular client visits and business travel required.
