Want more influence over the projects you deliver, the clients you work with and the direction of your career?

This is an opportunity to step into a senior role where your expertise will be valued, your contribution will be visible, and your next move does not have to mean joining another large, corporate consultancy.

• Hybrid working arrangements considered
• Greater ownership of projects, clients and technical deliverables
• A varied workload spanning acoustics and wider environmental planning
• The opportunity to develop additional specialisms beyond acoustics
• A close-knit team where your ideas and expertise can directly influence the business
• The chance to help shape the future of an expanding consultancy

• Applying BS 4142 and BS 8233 to relevant projects
• Developing practical mitigation strategies and advising on planning requirements

• Managing project programmes, deadlines and technical deliverables
• Supporting client relationships and identifying opportunities to develop project work
• Sharing your expertise and contributing to the continued development of the team

What we are looking for

• Substantial experience in acoustic consultancy, suitable for a senior-level appointment
• The ability to independently deliver high-quality noise assessments and technical reports
• Strong working knowledge of BS 4142 and BS 8233
• Experience with planning-related acoustics and commercial projects
• Excellent technical writing, communication and client-management skills
• A proactive, commercially aware approach and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
