The Senior Engineer Role: · Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance *75% people management, 25% hands on · Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective measures · Support the installation of new equipment · Lead lean and CI activities · Monitor downtime · Lead and mentor multidisciplined team of six, including engineers, technicians and apprentices, offering coaching and guidance The Senior Engineer Candidate: · Experience in a senior/lead engineering role · Automated production / manufacturing environment – PLCs, robotics, conveyors etc. · Knowledge of lean manufacturing · Hold an engineering qualification
