We are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing and highly successful organisation.

Description

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to designated business areas, building strong relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of monthly management accounts, including performance reporting, variance analysis, and insightful commentary.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, clearly communicating assumptions, risks, opportunities, and key financial drivers.
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and challenge to support decision-making and improve business performance.
• Work closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability improvements.
• Apply a strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies.
• Support cash flow and working capital performance through effective financial management and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting, controls, systems, and finance processes.
• Present financial information clearly and confidently to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Profile

• Newly qualified or actively studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or an equivalent professional accountancy qualification.
• Previous experience within business partnering, management accounting, financial analysis, or a commercially focused finance role.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Working knowledge of IFRS 15, revenue recognition, and project accounting principles.
• A confident communicator who can build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to challenge constructively and translate financial information into clear business insight.
• Advanced Excel capability with strong systems aptitude.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.

Job Offer

• Permanent Finance Business Partner position.
• Hybrid working.
• Salary of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
