Description

The Construction Solicitor will be:

• Working with partners on a broad range of contentious construction matters
• Assisting with high value and complex construction disputes
• Advising developers, contractors and other construction industry clients
• Working on disputes involving contractual and project related issues
• Assisting with alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, submissions and other legal documentation

Profile

The Construction Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with ideally 0 to 3 years PQE
• Interested in developing a career specialising in construction law
• Ideally experienced in or exposed to contentious construction matters
• Familiar with dispute resolution and alternative dispute resolution processes
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
• Able to work effectively alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers
• Ambitious, personable and keen to develop within a specialist practice
• Ties to the Leeds area

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £63,000 to £75,000
