Junior Private Chef, Chelsea – £17 gross per hour

Our lovely client in Chelsea is looking for a junior private chef to join their household, cooking healthy, varied and delicious food for the whole family to enjoy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Leiths, Cordon Bleu or similar graduate, or a junior chef with restaurant experience looking to make the move into the private sector, with a client who loves great food and will support your development.

The Role

• Planning and cooking daily meals with plenty of variety, alongside healthy snacks and homemade treats for the family
• Keeping the kitchen spotless and well organised at all times
• Doing the Ocado shop and sourcing ingredients
• Working six days a week when the family are in residence, dropping to a lighter schedule when they travel (up to 18 weeks a year away)

The Ideal Candidate

• Leiths, Cordon Bleu, or equivalent culinary training, or restaurant kitchen experience
• Strong grounding in healthy, seasonal cooking with real creative flair
• Comfortable adapting to family tastes and preferences
• Takes pride in a clean, well-run kitchen
• Keen to learn and grow within a private household setting
• Full drivers licence

• Schedule: 5 days per week, including one weekend day.
