Regional Sales Manager – Wealth Management

Location: Bristol

OTE: £130,000 plus excellent benefits

Our client is a leading, multi-award-winning Wealth Management firm experiencing consistent year-on-year organic growth. As part of its continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead, develop and support a team of Financial Advisers.

This is a varied, high-profile role combining team leadership, business development, performance management and compliance oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting a team of Financial Advisers, addressing day-to-day queries and resolving issues involving staff, clients and third parties.
• Identifying skills and knowledge gaps and implementing appropriate training and development programmes.
• Working closely with Compliance to ensure the team remains up to date with regulatory and industry changes.
• Conducting monthly one-to-one meetings with Advisers to review business plans, performance and sales pipelines.
• Attending client meetings to monitor the quality, consistency and compliance of advice provided.
• Analysing business performance across multiple streams and producing accurate management information (MI) for senior management and the board.
• Playing an active role in the recruitment and selection of both internal and external candidates.

The ideal candidate

You will have experience in a similar management role within Wealth Management or a high-street retail banking environment, with a strong understanding of financial advice, sales performance and regulatory requirements.

You will be a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports and management information. You will also hold a minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification.
