Oracle Analytics and Reporting Architect

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the modernisation of a legacy Microsoft Access reporting environment. The role will focus on migrating Access databases, VBA and reporting processes into scalable Oracle Analytics, BI Publisher and Python-based solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience.
• OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) and BI Publisher expertise.
• Python automation and reporting development.
• Experience migrating Microsoft Access and VBA applications.
• Reporting, performance tuning and enterprise data architecture experience.
• Financial services background preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document existing Access reporting solutions.
• Design and deliver target state reporting architecture.
• Build Oracle, OAS, BI Publisher and Python reporting solutions.
• Automate reporting processes and data extraction.
• Lead testing, deployment and knowledge transfer.
