Key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate transmission of payroll data
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and company policies across all countries within the remit
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and external providers to resolve payroll issues efficiently
• Maintain and update payroll records and systems to reflect any legislative or procedural changes
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure all documentation is accurate for audit purposes
• Assist with payroll-related queries from employees and management, providing clear and professional support
• Support the transition and process improvements in payroll systems and procedures as necessary

About you:

• Proven experience in payroll management, ideally within an EMEA or multi-country environment
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
• Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll issues clearly
• Proficient in payroll software and relevant MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• A professional approach to confidentiality and data security
