Pay: £45,000.00 - £46,000.00 per year Job description: Role Details: * Position: Plumber Multi-Trader * Location: Bromley and surrounding areas * Sector: Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance * Van and fuel card provided Requirements: * must have Level 2 or NVQ in plumbing * Experience in social housing maintenance and repairs * Ability to carry out plumbing and general multi-trade repairs * Full UK driving licence * clean DBS Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. * Diagnosing faults and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, sinks and other plumbing fixtures. * Completing bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs. * Undertaking general multi-trade repairs and maintenance as required. * Working in occupied properties and maintaining good communication with residents. * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
