Project Manager (Contract) Location: London Rate: £350 - £450 per day (DOE) Contract: Freelance / Contract Duration: Ongoing Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Eden Brown are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor delivering high-profile CAT A and CAT B commercial office projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong fit-out background to join a busy contractor and oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities: Managing commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Monitoring programme performance and reporting on project progress Managing procurement, subcontractor packages and project documentation Attending client meetings and maintaining strong working relationships Driving quality standards throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit-out Strong CAT A and CAT B project experience Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Excellent communication and organisational skills SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred Available to start at short notice What's on Offer: Competitive day rate Long-term contract opportunity High-profile London-based projects Opportunity to work with a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of workIf you are an experienced Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity within the commercial fit-out sector, we'd like to hear from you.
