Hours: Monday to Friday during term time, Exact hours agreed before placement. About the role Transparency Education is seeking an EYFS Teacher for a January school opportunity in Lewisham. You will build on children’s interests to develop communication, early skills and positive attitudes to learning. Your teaching will blend rich interactions, carefully planned provision and focused sessions. We are looking for someone who can see the learning within play and use assessment to decide when to guide, extend or step back. Key responsibilities Design provision that promotes exploration across the EYFS areas of learning. Teach early phonics and number concepts through age-appropriate activities. Review development and work with families and support staff on individual next steps. Requirements To be eligible for this role and the stated pay, applicants must have: QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching in the EYFS and confidence using observation and assessment. Strong family communication and an inclusive approach to classroom routines. Appropriate qualifications and training for the responsibilities of the post. Higher rates reflect substantial relevant teaching experience and qualifications.
