Cleaning Supervisor – Nottingham City Centre Location: Nottingham, NG1 3LL Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm–9:00pm Start Date: Immediate start DBS: Required Job description We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at a site in Nottingham City Centre. This role would suit someone with previous cleaning experience who can lead a team, maintain high cleaning standards and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. You will help coordinate the cleaning team and support the smooth running of the daily cleaning schedule. Key responsibilities * Supervising and supporting the cleaning team. * Allocating cleaning duties and ensuring tasks are completed to the required standard. * Carrying out cleaning duties alongside the team when required. * Conducting quality checks and addressing any cleaning issues. * Ensuring cleaning equipment and products are used safely and correctly. * Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs replenishing. * Following health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements. * Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to management. Requirements * A DBS check is required. * Previous cleaning experience is essential. * Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * A reliable, proactive and professional approach. * The ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.
