Key Responsibilities * Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention. * Provide professional leadership, advanced social work practice and expert safeguarding advice. * Oversee assessments, care planning and interventions to ensure high standards of practice. * Support colleagues in managing complex safeguarding situations and making informed decisions. * Promote child-centred practice and positive outcomes for children and families. * Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and statutory guidance.
